About This Studio
We are a membership-based Kundalini Yoga studio serving clients who wish to use yoga and meditation to achieve specific goals that relate to feeling good in one’s body and in one’s life. Our packages and programs work to elevate commitment to self-care and accountability.
While you are always welcome to drop in, we strongly encourage you to let us know you are coming and to schedule a free session to get the most out of your Yoga and UYC experience.
