Tenth Gate is a Kundalini Yoga studio offering several Kundalini classes a week as well as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Heated. We also offer classes for children, teens and tweens. Learn the ancient science of yoga and more in the beautiful, warm and welcoming studios of the Tenth Gate Center for Yoga and Meditation. Located in an historic post and beam structure (circa 1800)  in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, Tenth Gate welcomes beginning yogis and yoginis, as well as those who want to continue to deepen their practice.
