Prana Yoga and Healing Center is an alignment based studio in the B.K.S. Iyengar tradition.  We are also well practiced in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.  

The studio has been operating since 2007.  We offer teacher trainings in Kundalini and Hatha.  200hr and 300hr programs.  We  include Gong meditation and sound bath twice a month.  Kirtan is monthly . Sadhanna is offered on the first Sunday of every month.  The teachers are highly skilled and have practiced for at least 20 years.  We welcome everyone to the studio no matter the skill level.
