Onalee Ames is a film acting coach who has been using Kundalini with creatives for a number of years.  She trained at Rama in New York City and has been loving bringing Kundalini to Winnipeg.  She is currently investing in her 2nd and 3rd levels in California with her teachers  Hariwijan and Guru Jagat.  In times like these we could all use a yoga that boost the immune system.
