Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve been committed to creating a community of individuals living free from mental and physical pain. By sharing the many aspects of yoga in a safe and non-judgmental space, we hope to support the highest good within each other. We offer classes, courses, and workshops that shed light on interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga, wellness and other forms of healing modalities with all aspects of life.
