La Source is a Kundalini Yoga Retreat Centre just 20 minutes drive from Fontainebleau.  It is situated on the edge of a small village.  As well as the yoga space, accommodation is available.  The centre is primarily used for the following: Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings Level 1 and 2, Radiant Women Retreats, Karam Kriya (Sacred Numerology) Consultancy trainings, Karam Kriya for Kundalini Yoga Training, 21 Stages of Meditation.  Other ad-hoc trainings and retreats take place at The Centre.
