About This Studio
Kundalini Yoga Durham is an inclusive, welcoming studio that offers Kundalini Yoga classes for all levels of experience. All of Kundalini Yoga Durham's teachers are KRI-certified. Classes are donation-based and can be joined in-person or online. You can commit to a series of classes or drop-in for a single class. Currently, classes are offered Mondays from 11:30am-12:30pm, Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30pm, and Fridays from 4:30-6:00pm.
The studio is a beautiful yurt-like permanent structure built with new and reclaimed wood and fixtures. Surrounded by trees, you might hear squirrels scampering across the metal roof or owls calling to each other as you practice.
OTHER OFFERINGS
Aquarian Sadhana is offered online at no cost from 5:00-7:30am. If you are interested in joining via zoom, contact Keval Kaur at [email protected].
KRI Level I Teacher Training is offered annually. See the website for more details.
