About This Studio
Garuda Centre is a beautiful, nurturing and powerful place of presence in the Old City Quarter of Nanaimo. We are a natural health centre that offers Level One + Level Two Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® Teacher Trainings along with other complimentary and healing practices including Registered Massage, Clinical Counselling, Certified Coaching and Addiction Rehab Aftercare.
