Cosmic Flow Yoga is located in sunny San Diego. We specialize in Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. We also offer an annual KRI certified teacher training, as well as monthly events and workshops. We offer a variety of in person and online yoga, meditation and sound healing classes. We are a non-profit organization and have several free and donation-based classes on the schedule.
