Who I Am: My Name is Kim Stern and my Spiritual name is Devi Atma Kaur which means Angelic Soul Attuned to the Divine. My teaching style has a consistent reverence for these sacred teachings through serious humor, incredible music and playful commitment. My most prevalent class theme is: Self Reliance Conquers Any Difficulty.

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan for over 14 years. Kundalini Yoga, my daily spiritual practices and transformational experiences have changed the trajectory of my life. I AM a living testimonial! I had invested 20 years on a corporate career path, when suddenly I could not get out of bed and I felt like a victim of my circumstances. I used to suffer with dark depression, anxiety and addictions (negative thinking, food and other substances) that sabotaged my efforts toward being a "normal" and "successful" person. I realized with new eyes that aiming for "normal" was living in mediocrity and I required a change in my old fashioned definition of "success." I can see clearly now the perfect unfolding of a awakening process along and toward a spiritual path. Today, one of my many mantra's toward living a life of excellence is: "If it's to be, it's up to me." Additionally, I work full time for a whole food nutrition company. I am a private Life and Spiritual Coach. I've worked with hundreds of individuals in various forms of coaching. I am also an Applied Clinical Nutritionist and Reiki Healer. I am committed to my own personal expansion which includes Kundalini Yoga through classes and retreats, self-study, spiritual practices and principles on a consistent basis. I AM truly blessed to have the love and support of an amazing family and conscious community. I AM honored teach and serve at Cloud Nine Yoga and Home Yoga in Temecula, Source Studio in Riverside and on Maui starting 2019. I am insured through Philadelphia Insurance.
