Hi, My given name is Kathi, but my spiritual name is Haribir, which means "One belonging to God, princess/lioness who experiences the inner flow of kindness, creativity and prosperity." It has been a long held dream to one day teach this beautiful and transformational yoga, and now that dream has been realized. I have traveled extensively and lived in India, England and Costa Rica, and have been practicing Kundalini yoga for over 18 years. I have found that no matter what may be going on in my life, there is a kriya that will provide me with the strength and balance to handle it all with grace and compassion. I enjoy teaching and hope that the teachings that flow through me to my students will bring as much joy to their lives as they have mine.
