Amanroop is currently teaching and serving the community in Iceland and is based in North Iceland. She is a certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, has completed Level 2 Conscious Communication, Level 2 Mind & Meditation and Childplay with Gurudass Kaur and Radiant child yoga. Has completed Level 1 in Kundalini Yoga Therapy training. She has attended Level 1 Sat Nam Rasayan and gives healing sessions.
Arnbjörg runs and owns a yoga & gongcenter in Akureyri in North Iceland. It is called Ómur (and means a sound from far away in Icelandic). She plays 7 gongs in the center and has trained over 100 gongplayers in Iceland over the last years. She does events and plays both during indoor and outdoor classes in Iceland.
She published a book called True Nature in Iceland. It is approved by KRI and has 28 meditations from KY in it in 24 beautiful places in Icelandic nature. It will be available at Winter Solstice! She loves to chant and recently released her first mantrasong. It is a live recording of Ad Such by a Bodhi tree.

She has teacher trainings in gentle and restorative Holistic Aqua Flow Yoga in Iceland and graduates from that program teach courses in several indoor pools in Reykjavik, Iceland and in a natural health institute in Heilsustofnun in Hveragerði where the teacher trainings are held (approved by Yoga Alliance). www.hafyoga.is. She has served the Icelandic KYTA board but now manages a non profit called Jogahjartad (Yoga Heart) that helps to bring Yoga and meditation into the public school system in Iceland.
