Being a Kundalini Yoga teacher is, above all, learning to inhabit the silence from which true transmission arises. In this special end-of-year class, we will explore practices to cleanse the mind and deepen our meditation until we reach a state of stillness that sustains, guides, and transforms.

This gathering is an invitation to shed layers, release the density of the year, and touch the inner clarity that allows you to teach effortlessly, without noise, without a mask.

Together, we enter into silence so that the soul may speak. And from that place, we renew our mission of service to our students, to humanity, and to the planet.
