Biography

I began practising yoga at 18 to help manage scoliosis, stiffness and weakness in my upper body. My first teacher, Ula, inspired me deeply with her grace, strength and joyful way of living yoga.

Over the years I returned to yoga again and again, especially through pregnancy and later while living with psoriatic arthritis. Yoga became more than movement for me — it became a path of healing, self-awareness and coming home to myself.

In 2012 I trained as a yoga teacher with Power Living Yoga Australia, later studying Yoga for Pain, and in 2018 began my Kundalini Yoga journey with teachers including Maya Fiennes and Gurmukh.

I’m deeply grateful for the energy, wisdom and connection yoga continues to bring into my life, and I love sharing that with others.
