Learn the keys to lasting Energy, Supporting Your Body and Getting the Glow!

Join Danielle Hardy, certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Csilla Bischoff, certified integrative nutrition health coach for an all levels Kundalini and Winter Wellness workshop focused on bringing a new level of energy to the body and elevate your mood. You’ll learn specific routines to boost your immunity, gently detox your body and prepare you for the rest of the cold season.

12:00 – 1:15 pm Kundalini Yoga with Danielle
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. Its practice balances the glandular and nervous systems, potentiating relaxation and meditation.
We’ll focus on breaking through physical, mental, and emotional blocks, shedding sluggish winter energy, and welcoming vibrancy and inner power. You’ll learn simple techniques as well as a complete yoga set including breath, movement, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation to cleanse our body from the inside out. Yoga creates a safe space for emotionally letting go, which has a huge effect on our ability to digest our food and be nourished by the food we eat. (All levels welcome)

1:45 pm – 3:00 pm Winter Reset through Food with Csilla
Discover how to nourish yourself through specific seasonal foods and daily self care rituals that will gently cleanse your body, boost immunity, and support the main detox organs of the season + learn about Csilla’s upcoming 7 Day Winter Reset Program.
We will also have some organic refreshments for you to enjoy.
