KUNDALINI YOGA, HIKING, HEALING AND MANIFESTATION
DURING AUTUMN EQUINOX IN THE NORTHEAST KINGDOM OF VERMONT

Retreat to the great natural landscape of the Northern Vermont wilderness for 4 days of yoga, meditation, healing and hiking. The Autumn Equinox, with equal times of darkness and light naturally support a time of self reflection and balance, and a heightened flow between creation and manifestation. Equinoxes are believed to be times when the veil between the spirit world and finite world are thinnest. We will immerse ourselves in the themes of shadow and light, celebrating the elements through balancing the tattvas, releasing and letting go of what does not serve us, clearing the subconscious, reflection on seeds sewn and recognition of what we would like to harvest and manifest now, and gratitude for all aspects.

Where:  Rugged camp lodging on a wild pond in a secluded natural preserve in Barton, Vermont. This cabin has no electricity or running water. There is an outhouse and wooden bunks for sleeping. There is a wood stove for warmth. Food will be provided.

When: 3pm Sunday, September 22 – noon Wednesday, September 25

What to Bring: Your own water, snacks, dish, bowl, utensils, cups and tea cup, sleeping cushion and bag, pillow, battery light, layers for warmth, hat, gloves, rain gear, notebook or journal, yoga mat and meditation cushion, small backpack for hiking.

Sukhpran Kaur is E-RYT 500, KRI Level 2 certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, certified Sat Nam Rasayan (healing) practitioner, and staff member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association. Sukhpran shares her experience in healing classes, workshops and retreats that delve into the vast teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, creating a safe, sensitive and intuitive space where each student can tap into subtle self awareness and expansion, health, happiness, peace and wholeness. Offerings include healing classes, workshops, retreats, online courses, cleanses and private sessions.
