Guided by Professional Artist, Certified Art Therapist and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Charmaine Husum. In this workshop we will explore Sacred Geometry and how to work with this powerful modality that exists inside and all around us. You will be supported and shown techniques to create the beautiful and healing flower of life while working with Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Somatic Experience to heal and restore your sense of purpose and joy. Using body based healing modalities such as Kundalini yoga while tapping into one’s creative self enable an individual to delve deep into the psyche to heal and grow in a way that is supportive and integrative.
