Event Description

Retreat to the great natural landscape of the Northern Vermont wilderness for 3 days of yoga, meditation, healing and hiking. The Autumn Equinox, with equal times of darkness and light naturally support a time of self reflection and balance, and a heightened flow between creation and manifestation. We will immerse ourselves in the themes of shadow and light, celebrating the elements through balancing the tattvas, releasing and letting go of what does not serve us, clearing the subconscious, reflection on seeds sewn and recognition of what we would like to harvest and manifest now, and gratitude for all aspects. We will also enjoy peak foliage season!
