Yoga Studio  Zaprešić- Kundalini Yoga Sat Amrit opened its doors in autumn 2014. Apart from group and individual Kundalini Yoga classes, you can enroll in special programs based on the curriculum of the Guru Ram Das Centre for medicine and humanology (Mental Health in the Aquarian Age, Cold Depression, Returning to vitality and calm). In the studio you can also get individual sound massages based on the approach of the Peter Hess Academy and enjoy in gong baths and sound meditations.
