Sunbeam Family Yoga is a multi tradition studio.  The offerings at the studio include two Kundalini Yoga adult classes a week.  It is also a provider of Radiant Child Yoga which is rooted in Kundalini Yoga.  Take advantage of the walking trails and relaxation areas when attending classes or bringing your children to classes.
