Our tranquil yoga studio offers the personal practices that we believe strongly help create & maintain balance and health.   We offer a wide variety of classes for all ages and skill levels: Hatha, Vinyasa/Flow, Restorative, Yin, and Prenatal/Post on our weekly schedule.  Our series options included Kids Yoga, Beginner’s Series & Mom & Baby Yoga. We also offer a variety of workshops from yoga to meditation to mindfulness.
