About This Studio
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan
This class includes a pranayama exercise, a yoga kriya, and meditation with mantra, sometimes accompanied by live Hang drum music.
Every Thursday 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM
Every Friday 4 AM Aquarian Sadhana; we chant the mantras with live hang drum music
