We hold Kundalini yoga classes throughout the week and retreats of all kinds during the weekends -Tai Chi, Kundalini, Hatha yoga, Transformation, Healing, Art, all sorts.

We have 8 bedrooms en-suite and a wonderful kitchen for self-catering retreats.
