Start your weekend with peace and gratitude….With the technology of pranayam (breath) asana (movement), shivasana(deep relaxation) , chanting and meditation utilize the dynamics of Kundalini Yoga to prepare yourself for a great, restful weekend 🙂 Class is every Friday 5pm-6:15pm…Davis Bay Hall is a fantastic space for this practice 🙂
