Ongoing class every Saturday morning 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.  Traditional Kundalini teachings of breath, meditation, and asanas to enhance consciousness.  All levels welcome.  We are divine beings having a human experience.  Come and enjoy the experience of raising your frequency through chanting, breathing and asanas.

JoAnn has a master degree in spiritual psychology and works with prisoners to help them reveal their divine essence on their way to rehabilitation.  She uses her many tools to guide students to experience their higher self.
