About This Studio
FALL into the experience that is Kundalini Yoga …Let go of judgment, fears, inhibitions and awaken the dorment life force that lies within us all so you may awaken to YOUR own TRUTH… It’s all within you…. Classes at St. Hildas are Mondays @ 11am-12:30pm…. Suggested price of $10/class with option of lowering prices through registering for more classes or asking about sliding scale/donations….Kundalini Yoga is for all and my mission is to allow others to realize this 🙂
