As the founder of the Duwara Consciousness Foundation, he spearheaded initiatives to combat homelessness and food insecurity cleanliness services through showers, serving thousands across San Diego County and beyond. With extensive experience managing large-scale organizations, including overseeing billion-dollar budgets and leading over 1,500 team members during his tenure with the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), Davinder understands the complexities of running dynamic, mission-driven institutions.
