About This Studio
This class offers the local community a chance to practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. We begin class with a pranayama exercise to enhance our relationship to our breath. We warm up the body and practice a kriya. Then we take a short Yogic nap. We finish class with a meditaiton to clear the subconscious mind and elevate consciousness. Sometimes we dance, often I play Hang drum music while we chant mantras for a full, unique experience of Naad Yoga.
